Privacy Policy
What you share with NextPM, who processes it, and how to have it deleted.
Your account
When you sign in with Google we receive your name and verified email address. We use them to keep your practice history in your account. We do not post anything to your Google account or read anything else from it.
Your interviews
We store what you say or type in a mock, your notes, the interviewer's replies and the report, so you can review them and track your progress. In a voice mock, your microphone audio is streamed for transcription while the interview runs. We do not store recordings of your voice; we keep the text transcript.
To run interviews and write reports, parts of your transcript and notes are sent to these service providers:
- Deepgram: turns your speech into text and the interviewer's replies into speech, in voice mocks.
- DeepSeek: writes the interviewer's replies and scores your report.
- OpenAI: writes coaching on paid reports and grades written answers.
These providers process the data under their own terms and may do so outside India. Please don't include personal details about yourself or others in your answers that you would not want processed this way.
Payments
Dodo Payments processes your payment. We pass it your name and email to start checkout, and receive the payment reference, amount and status. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Hosting, cookies and storage
The service runs on Railway, which stores your account and interview data. We use one cookie to keep you signed in (for 30 days) and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. Your browser also keeps your interview preferences and unsent answer drafts on your device. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your sessions are kept until you delete them. You can delete any session from the bottom of its report, which removes its transcript, notes and report. To delete your whole account, or to ask what we hold about you, write to us from the Contact page using the email you sign in with.
