What you can expect from NextPM, and the terms of using it.

About NextPM

NextPM is a practice tool for product-manager interviews. You answer a question in a spoken or typed mock interview with an AI interviewer, then get a report that scores your answer against a rubric using quotes from what you said.

Your account

You need to sign in with a Google account to start a mock, submit a written answer, or see reports and progress. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Each person gets one free mock: do not create extra accounts to get more.

Plans and interviews

The free mock includes a short preview of its report. Paid plans are one-time packs; the price and the number of interviews in each are shown on the Plans page before you pay. Once your payment is confirmed, the interviews are added to your account and your free mock's full report is unlocked.

• A full mock interview or a retake uses one interview when it starts.
• A mock that is ended or deleted before you answer anything does not use an interview.
• Drills and written answers are included once you have bought any plan.

What feedback can and cannot tell you

The interviewer and the reports are generated by AI models and can be wrong. Scores are practice scores, not a prediction of how any company will assess you, and not a guarantee of an interview outcome or job offer. Company names appear only to set the scene for practice questions; NextPM is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the service, get around plan limits, access other people's sessions, or use automated tools to run interviews. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

Your content

Your answers, transcripts and notes stay yours. You let us process them to run your interviews and prepare your reports, as described in the Privacy Policy. The questions, case material and rubrics remain ours or our licensors'.

Payments and refunds

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. The final amount and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Refund and cancellation terms are on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page.

Changes and availability

We may update the service and these terms. When the terms change, the date below changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
